The power vaccum that Saddam left caused a large scale insurgency. The "removal" of the Taliban in Afghanistan resulted in similar turmoil.

If Governments around the world began to collapse (for any reason ; H5N1 , Nuclear war etc.) how would people cope without regulated Law Enforcement ?

It seems to me that caging people only makes them run faster when free. All things have a beginning and an end , I see the end of regulated Governments coming in my lifetime (I am 23).

Do you think that people would react the same as they do in these countries , and how would you act if you knew the country was in such turmoil that you could probably get away with anything ?

Whenever there is some incentive to steal someone will take it.

This is why we need:

-No gun control (to defend ourselves)
-Lower taxes (to spread the wealth to everyone)
-Less wlfare, entitlements, and giveaways (to force people to work)
-More freedom
