Goat is a mammal and in basic terms flying mammal is a bat.Flight habit stepped forward in different animals like birds for the objective of safety and nutrition series.Birds stepped forward wings for that objective and bats stepped forward patagium for the objective of flight.The goats didnot want the comparable and have not have been given any wings for that purose so dot fly.

No. They can ram things and make the most annoying noises, but they cannot fly.
