There are some desensitizing creams. You'd need to use a condom with those if you normally don't, because if you desensitize her, its going to be a bit counterproductive.
Anti-depressants seem to make a differance. They are currently, I believe, in clinical trials to be put on the market for that purpose. However, what I read is, they might take you from 2 minutes to 4 or 5 minutes. Or 1 minute to 3 minute. THat's a big improvement, but if you want to go indefinitely, its not the right route.
There are programs you can find (free if you look) on the internet to build control. The basic premise of these generally involves being MORE not less aware of your arousal, being more aware of when to slow down or not, to incorporate breathing and PCG muscle contractions to control arousal, etc. If you commit to one of those, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to teach yourself to last as long as required. But you have to stick with them.
As others noted, having an orgasm a while beforehand can help in the short run. The other approach of course is to manually/orally stimulate her till either she has an orgasm or, if you can time it, is very close, and then have sex.

First thing I could suggest, is "Self-distraction" - try thinking of something else, or something boring during sex. This may get your body used to the feeling a bit better. Also, there is the 'stop and start' method - pulling out before orgasm and letting your body relax a little. It may take a few "sessions" before your body gets used to lasting a bit longer!
If by 'coming quicker' you mean 3-5 minutes for you...then perhaps you aren't pleasuring her as much as she may like...(it is a possibility). Make sure what you're doing is what she really wants!
For guys, visual stimulants also contribute towards faster orgasms - perhaps try doing it at night, in the dark, until you get used to your partner a bit?
Finally, if none of that works, there's...*cough*...'letting off the easy one'. Orgasm, with her help or on your own, about an hour or so before you have sex. Obviously, this doesn't work for spontaneous sex, but if you know you're going to be hitting the sack, this could drastically increase your performance.

Try using a desensitizing cream on the head of your penis just before penetration. It will cut down the sensitivity on the penis and allow you to perform longer so that both of you can have an orgasm at the same time. The desensitizing cream is available at your local drugstore by the condom section or ask the pharmacist where it can be located. Have fun.

Things that have helped for me: A few beers, taking care of it myself about 1/2 hour or an hour before, the condoms with the cream that desensitizes or just the good old baseball stats running through your head.
