I'm trying to figure out when I ovulated last month and I want to use this Ovulation Calendar I found at the First Response website. I was asked, "What was the first date of your last menstrual period?" Is it A: asking for my first day of my last menstrual period? OR B: asking for my last day of my last menstrual period?

Okay, the day you started your period. The day aunt flo rang your doorbell. :) PS my periods are like clockwork and I never got an accurate response from the ovulation tests, but got pregnant both times by having sex once a day. Don't panic if your first purple line is never as dark as the second. Just keep doing it! DO IT!! Good luck!

If your last period was from January 15 - 20th, then they want you to put in January 15 - the first day of your last period.

Do you remember when it was?
Don't confuse...it is THE FIRST DAY.

its A...for example..you period started feb 14..and ending feb 18...you would put feb 14!..and i personally like this website..
www.askdramy.com thats what i used to get pregnant! and it happened in 1 or 2 months!

They always date using the first day of your lmp...so its A
