Looks like Wicked is playing in Fair Park, which is just minutes from I-45, which will take you straight into Houston.

You can reach downtown Houston in 4 hours with no problems, depending on when you hit traffic. If you hit Dallas traffic going south from Fair Park during the rush hours (4-7p.m.) it will add approximately 45 minutes to the trip. If you hit Houston during the a.m. rush hour it will add another 30 minutes or so to your trip.

Overall, it is 286 miles from Dallas to Houston. If you're heading to the suburbs, it'll take you about another 30 minutes to get to the Clear Lake, Sugar Land or Pearland areas. If you're headed to the Conroe, Woodlands or Spring areas, you can shave off about 30 minutes from the drive. Cy-Fair area...take off about 15 minutes.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

About 4 hours on I-45; that is from Dallas, not Ft. Worth. Many years ago we could get from Dallas to Huntsville in 3 hours, and that was before I-45 was completed, and Houston is 70 miles from Huntsville.

It's about 250 miles and 4 hours away. Wicked will be at Fair Park near I-45 which goes directly to Houston.

Courthouse to courthouse, it is 239 miles from Houston to Dallas. It is farther to Fort Worth.

Driving time, it is a bit under four hours. You'll have lots of traffic in between the Woodlands and Conroe, and again at Corsicana.

Once you see the exit for Fair Park go to the right. You should be able to see the Texas Star (the huge wooden ferris wheel).

Be careful, though... the neighborhood surrounding Fair Park is pretty rough.
