Sue Storm, played by Jessica Alba.,,adds Richards to her name when she marries Mr. Fantastic, Reed Richards.

Sue Storm in the movie and Ultimate storyline, but in the original storyline it's Sue Richards, as she's already married Mr. Fantastic and even has a kid. The only other notable female character I can think of would be Alicia Masters, the Thing's girlfriend.
