It's kind of annoying, my face turns red all the time and everyone makes fun of me for it. Why does this happen or what could I do?

I think it may be because you are 'just plain normal'.
When someone makes fun of the color of your skin a good snappy remark might be to use the words of Martin Luther King Jr.
This is "...a land where men will not argue that the color of a man's skin determines the content of his character..."

Go to a dermatologist. This sounds like a condition called Rosacea.

see dermatologist and tell him that....then tell us what he says. Try to get one of those who actually went to med school and not those who just quit their jobs at city hall.
