i know this is a blanket question but why is it that i often hear of racial tensions between black muslims and jews?

And white people. It's much better to hate white people. Everyone is allowed to be racist towards white people.

It isn't racial tension; it is religious tension. No matter the color of skin, a Muslim hates the Jewish people. Now, the Jewish people don't necessarily hate the Muslim people, if they would just leave them alone!
The Muslim people are on a crusade, much like our Christian crusades, Christians wanted to turn the whole world into Christians! They didn't succeed, but they sure tried! The Muslims are sure trying! They are doing no more than the crusaders did; only the weapons have changed, making the world a lot less protected than when the crusaders roamed the earth.

Jews believe that blacks are descended from Cain. I challenge someone to show by teachings of Rabbis anything different.
