A shirt by a mile.
I get chocolates every year for chrismas and valentines day, and I eat a couple, and leave the rest on the counter and throw them out a few weeks later. If its a nice shirt, or a comfy t-shirt, I'll keep it till its worn out.
A hoody is awsome as well.

I would definately have the truffles... but if you give a T-shirt then every time he wears it then he would remember you. Whereas the truffles would be scoffed down in the first minute and he would probably forget about it in future.
