So I made the mistake one day to put my cell number on one of those ringtone ads, advertised as a FREE ringtone...
little did i know, they charged me $10.29 for that stupid pathetic mono-ringtone. My bill came and I was like what the heck is this for!!! Then I remembered...

Is there anything I can do about this? I know its only $10 but thats so stupid, not to mention false advertising. Maybe I missed the fine print.

You missed the fine print. The ringtones are "FREE" as part of your paid subscription membership to their ringtone of the month club or whatever. This can be a MONTHLY charge so you should make sure that you have canceled whatever it was you signed yourself up for. There's not much you can do besides not falling for the same trick twice. It's like calling a 900 number on your home phone. Once it's done, it's done. Just remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Think about how much money they probably had to pay to put that commercial on TV. Why would they do that just so you could get a free ring tone with no strings attached? They're making money and lots of it. Don't give them anymore so they can stop with these foolish dancing frog things.

You should look for a phone number so you can call or check to see if you can send a text message with the word stop on it. Next time you want free ringtones or videos or wallpapers you should go to www.mobango.com
It's FREE!!!!!!!
