He knows I saw him and he ran away. Should I tell his parents or just let it go? I'm pretty sure he won't do it anymore since he knows I caught him. Do you think this is normal for a 14-15 year old kid? I'm 19.

Sure it's normal! Just tell him that if he does that again, you will tell his parents. He will probably just go peek in on someone else though.

If you know who this person is, I would go and tell his parents. This way he will know not to do it again and might feel ashamed now that his parents know of his 'peeping tom' window scene.
Tip: Next time you come out of the shower, make sure your curtains or blinds are shut.

Yeah i think it is normal, he's probably been obsessing over you for awhile and needed to get a closer look! lol. I think you should just leave it. He's probably really embarrassed about the whole thing. Guys usually dont think with their brains at that age!
