1) When did you get into/discover them?
2) What's your favorite album?
3) What'd you think of 'St.Anger'?

I will never understand the huge backlash against this album.
I like it a LOT.

All these people kept saying they wished they'd rock like the 80s again & to *my* ears, 'St.Anger' is TOTALLY a rocking album.
I don't get it. How can a track like "Frantic" or the title track NOT rock harder than..."Nothing Else matters", for ex.??

Detailed replies appreciated....

1. 1987-1988?
2. Master of Puppets, Kill 'em all, Ride the Lightning, and AJfA. In that order.
3. I listened to the first 30 seconds or so of each song and gave up. No matter how much I tried, I just couldn't get into them after And Justice for All.

fairly?? i concept Metallica followers enjoyed each little thing that band released. If Metallica farted right into a cd case and released it, the followers might purchase it and say it became the subsequent appropriate element as nicely grasp of Puppets. individually, being a Metallica fan, i think of it is undesirable, too mainstream and intensely tinny drumming.

No, bands aren't allowed to experiment. I want 50 identical albums! Stop with your stupid innovation!
