Party help!?

Question

Every year at my school we have something called a "lock in" it's were the 7th and 7th grade go to the gym at 10pm and stay over night and party with DJ. It's a blast, being in 8th grade the theme is our pick. We chose like 50's diner theme. Retro, fun. Any ideas for fun activites and games? a.s.a.p. awnsers are much appreicated.

Hmm... Sounds lame. You sit in the gym all night?

At our lock-ins, we get the run of the whole school. When they open the doors, everybody runs and claims whatever room they want. Of course, we take the Technology class room because there's a big TV and computers. We bring in games- PS2s, Gamecubes, Xboxes, and coolers full of Mountain Dew. But that's just me and my friends. Other people do other stuff, like play dodgeball or basketball in the gym, watch random movies I've never seen, and the like.

It's great fun. I know you probably can't handle doing anything that awesome, but I'm just saying...

Have some kereoke, or ask people to bring roller skates and you could play some random games with that, and you could have a disco ball maybe or something, and that sounds like fun. I would also go wiht like a blue and pink and like light color schemes maybe black and white too.. I would also recommend epople like wear like short skits or something or clothing from back in the 50s..

have an old 50's roller skate off or something, best disco dancing contest, serve food on trays and the watresses on skates,serve root beer floats, and 50's music no problem (i need points!!)
