I have cingular. I wanted to know if on a cingular cell phone bill if there are numbers of people who call you and people who you call. meaning, does the bill have details of who you call? [time, date, duration etc.]

Yes, it has all of the above. If the incoming caller ID was available, that number will show. If it was a blocked call, then your cell number shows and in the city/state area it says INCOMING. All the numbers of your outgoing calls are shown as well, plus the city and state/province (or country) that the number is based in. The duration, time of day and date are all shown, as well as the rate table it is pulled from, i.e. roaming, daytime minutes, mobile to mobile minutes, nights and weekends. Other things are shows like call waiting call, 3 way or conference calls, call forwarding, etc. Text messages are just quantified. It's not shown who you sent them to, just whether it was domestic or international, and how many you sent plus the data charge. Same goes for surfing the web. Just shows up as how many kb you used, not what sites you went to.
