I separrated my husband 4 months ago, we only've been married for 3 months. He treeted me really bad, lied, disrespected. I know I made the right choice, I dont miss him, I dont feel any love towards him. But I am sad, and depressed and scared. I want to be happy again, but i dont know how.

Well feel good about this - at least you only wasted a short time with him. Some people are married 10 years before they realize they shouldn't have married the person.

Hopefully you have your whole life ahead of you. Learn from your mistakes and make better choices in the future.

It is natural to feel depression from the loss of a relationship even when it was a bad situation. You are now alone and you have to get used to the new change in your life.

If you have been in your relationship for a while your feeling are very understandable. Get out do something, take up a new hobby and hang with your girlies. Time is on your side. Any Major Dude will tell you your world will fall back together again. The demon is at your door and won’t be there nomore. You will get though it.

Much Love sent to ya...

I'm so sorry for your situation, I truly am. I have a few suggestions for you... first, I don't know if you are religious at all, but if you are, the first thing I would do is pray. Pray for strength and guidance and happiness. Secondly, turn to your friends and family for support, they will help you get through this tough time and keep you busy. Third, get involved in a physical activity on a daily basis. Exercise releases endorphins, which are a natural mood booster. These may seem like trivial things, but they have helped me enormously. And keeping busy is crucial to keeping your mind off of things. Time heals all wounds, and I hope that you are happier very soon. Best of luck to you.

Hello,

I really feel that you should try to get some counseling and help for how you are feeling. You need to talk to someone about how you are feeling. If you are depressed and cannot get past it then you also may need to see a doctor about your depression. I hope things get better for you soon. Here comes lots of hugs for you today. Also take up a new hobby or also try meeting ne people and making new friends. You also should go shopping and out to have fun somewhere. Try to do things every day to bring your spirits up and try to think positive thoughts and not negative ones.

i think i can understand what you are going through. I think I m on the brink of a breakup myself so I know all about being depressed and too scared that I feel I cant go on by myself. But the thing is..you have been there before him..and you shall be there after him..even better...so i say..just go out..have some fun..be surrounded with things you love, do things you enjoy and have a 'me' time...with no relationships and complications. Well I dont know..but I too shall take my own advice..;-)

I am sorry you have been through this. Try to love yourself. Get back into life. The only way to move on, is to just move on. Life is worth living and you deserve to live your life and be happy. It may be hard, but do things to make you happy, watch your favorite movie, treat yourself to a day at the spa, buy yourself a outfit. it's ok to be scared, you don't let fear stop you from having the best life that you can. Be blessed.

Take up a hobby or something to keep yourself from being alone all of the time. Friends make the biggest difference in these types of situations, call up your best girlfriends and go out for a night on the town! Wear your favorite outfit, get your hair and nails done and treat yourself to lunch or something!

Just cos your happy to be out of a bad marriage doesnt mean you wont regret and mourn the end of the marriage . After all I bet you went into it thinking that it would last forever. you will have had dreams of what your life would be like and they have now been dashed.
Let yourself have this moment of unhappiness to mourn the death of those dreams. When the time is right you will move on again to a happier place in your life.

I went through similar a few years ago. I had moved to his town to be with him and had all the lies, etc.

I moved back to where I lived before and I couldn't be happier. It was a case of moving backwards to move forwards.

I think you will also find out who your true friends are.

Don't let the scumbag bring you down. You have obviously been happy before and can again. Don't give up - hang on in there.

I used to say I've made my bed but just have to change the sheets before I lie in it!

All the best xx
