How long has Bush been in office? How many errors & lies has he & his administration created, then they admitted too on national television? How many indictments have/are occurring under his administration?
Just look at the news on any station, even Fox which points out the flaws or incidents then tries to divert the attention or questions away by pointing fingers at the Democrats, or justifies the issuses with illogical arguments. Everyday some illegal/ corrupt activity or questionable ethics is showing on the news. What would it take for you to see his true agenda after six years in office & not even have to ask this question? I believe he believes he is truthful, however everytime he opens his mouth he gives it away that he's willing to lie or distort the truth. Especially when he stutters or hums & hammers, when answering anyones questions that he knows he has lied about or worse is keeping a secret from the American public & the rest of the world.
No NO NOOOOO! I don't believe anything that he says regarding his Professional postion as President (politician). I do believe he's truthful when talking about his wife, children, dogs, other family members & his ranch. But that doesn't count for much if you're the figure head representative of the U.S.A.

I think that Bush is being honest. Clinton and Kerry also stated publicly that Iraq had WMD's - but now they call Bush a liar. We all know that the weapons are hidden in Syria - or buried in the desert sands. Remember the huge planes they found buried in Iraq?
