1) start taking your prenatal vitamins(materna) right away, if you haven't already. Dr's recommend taking these at least three months before you try to conceive and all through pregnancy and even into post partum period if you breastfeed. They will help provide the nutrients, vitamins and minerals for you and your baby. The folic acid in them will help prevent serious birth defects like spina bifida.
2) http://www.babycenter.com/calculators/ovulation/
Go there and type in your details. It'll tell you your most likely fertile periods of when you can actually conceive. Worked for me!
3) Relax and have fun. Baby making sex is most enjoyable. Some women prop a pillow under their butts for 30 mins or so after the man ejaculates to help the sperm along. Also, try holding your orgasm until after he c u m s, a womans cervix sort of dips down during orgasm and sucks up sperm into the uterus..helping you out even further. I know this is hard to time sometimes, but those are my tips!

Relax and have fun. And good luck!
Hope I've helped~!

Do it on the 9-13 day of the first day of your cycle. Boxers not briefs, no hot baths for him, get plenty of exercise. Good luck. I tried for 11 years...finally pregnant 24 weeks
