I also suffer from rosacea (ever since the birth of my 2nd child who is now 7!) I use clinique they do quite a few different foundations depending on age and coverage required I suggest you ask a clinique consultant (in debenhams or John Lewis) they will suggest what may be best for you, take a sample to try first just to make sure it doesn't make your rosacea flare up.

probably the best thing to do is go into boots. i would personally pick no 7 foundation as i think that is a good brand. foundation should generally be natural looking - covers the skin but shouldn't be clearly seen. if you have rosacea then you might well need to use a conceler underneath the foundation itself.
i hope this helps you. another place you could try would be the body shop but i would go to boots first and ask for advice from the no7 counter.

Not a beauty therapist, but try Rimmel Recover illuminating anti-fatigue foundation with vitamins C and E. I too have very sensitive skin and it works for me. I have very pale skin and use 303 True Nude!

girl your my age... definetly try mineral make up
theres lots of companies that make it, ive been using it for about 10 years... way before it got popular... two companies i like are pur minerals (lots of coverage) and baer escentuals(not as much coverage. loreal just came out with one... havent tried it yet, also avon sells one and physicians formula... havent tried that one either... my fave is pur minerals, because i need the coverage... lots of age spots and freckles. next i use the bare escentuals.. try the minerals... they offer a complete line... from moisturizing, to cleansing... youl love it. its like nothing youve ever tried, because its put on with a big fat makeup brush... it doesnt look like much... and then after a minute... wow!!! try it!!! its all $ back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose!!good luck!!!
