Wow...it really depends upon your learning style.and understanding. If you need someone there to hold your hand and need to have the group support, class it is.

However, CD-ROM is better if you have some very basic knowledge (like how to open a page, etc.) and it also is beneficial in that it will walk you through the program w/o you having to worry about constantly looking up from the screen and trying to find where you were.

I wouldn't recommend a book unless it is simply a reference manual, and that should only be bought once you have a strong understanding of the program.
