Im really stuck with what to say and im really rubbish at thinking things like that up on my own. Any ideas greatly appreciated!

Just put what you feel from your heart, not corny poems.
Tell him how you feel being with him, about you looking forward to the future, how much you love him, how he makes you feel happy etc etc.
Like I say though, from the heart.

just rite it from ur heart and he'll greatly appreciate later on in lyfe. i used to rite poems myself. so just get it from the heart of true luv.
