we are trying to remove an odor cause by a carpet cleaner on top of a cat urine odor. I was trying to remove the cat urine odor, and used a carpet cleaner spray, now the odor is worse than before. I've heard that the Ozone generator might help. Any suggestions?

You need to use a good carpet cleaner and treat it with an odor remover for cats. We use Out. It doesn't just cover up the smell, but neutralizes it. Once that smells is there, other cats will mark it in the same spot. They have scents that cats hate if you have an area that you want to keep them away from.
