They might think that they can smuggle them into the U.S. and Blackmail us into doing their bidding, but they didnt count on the Fence being built.

They just want Nuke stuff for electrical generation purposes.

They are bluffing my friend.

Why else? Oh and if any country really wants to nuke your country they can. It's not about nukes...

A fence on the US/Mexico border is supposed to stop a nuke from being smuggled into the country? Come on, that's just retarded. If a nuke were going to be smuggled into the USA it would be very easy to sneak it in on a shipping crate --- or if they wanted to carry it they could just bring it over the fence-less US/Canada border.

As for Iran using its nuclear weapons if they obtained them... Since Iran doesn't have any ICBM's it would be nearly impossible for them to hit the continental USA with a nuclear warhead. The reason Iran wants nukes is for REGIONAL dominance - they don't really want to take on the US as that would just be suicidal (see Iraq/Afghanistan). They want to be able to talk tough and bully their neighbors. Iran poses little direct threat to Americans, but it poses a serious threat to world peace and the stability of the middle east.

The fact that you think they are bluffing shows that you know very little about what's actually going on. In order for Iran to be "bluffing" they would have to be claiming they are trying to obtain nukes --- THEY AREN'T. Iran has been in full denial mode ever since this whole thing started. The fact is - Iran has absolutely no need for nuclear power. Iran has huge oil reserves, the idea that they have some sort of energy crisis that can only be solved by nuclear energy is simply absurd.

I hope you see the reason behind what I'm saying.

I wouldn't be so sure they are bluffing. The Iranian Government seems pretty out of touch with the Iranian people. From what I've seen, the Iranian people are a proud, honest, fun-loving people. The government is a theocratic, fascist regim that is set on killing Jews and making war with the West.

I believe if Iran had nuclear weapon capability, then they would share it with terrorist organizations (Hezbolla) and smuggle them into Israel and detonate them. Who would Israel retaliate against? Nobody's going to stand for Israel retaliating against everyone.

Think about it, Sunis were willing to blow up one of the most holy Shiite mosques in Iraq - if they were willing to desecrate an Islamic mosque, of course they'd blow up Israel, or the USA.

The US is making threatening noises about bombing the nuclear plants in Iran.
I wouldnt blame Iran for wanting to build nukes as an extra level of defense from the US which seems to think that it can bomb any country whenever it feels like it, no matter what the consequences are.
I doubt if they would use them in an attacking way, cos they know that they'd be bombed out of existance if they did.

If Iran had nukes then the US would think again before bombing Iran and try political, diplomatic and peaceful ways of getting what it wants to achieve in Iran.

Yes. People do not get the fact that these people (terrorist leaders) have not lied about anything they have said. We may believe that what they same is so outrageous that we think they are bluffing, but they haven't yet. So, why would you think they are "pulling our proverbial legs" now. They truly believe Israel should wiped off the face of the earth. What, in that sentence does not send chills down your spine? Get real...people think if they close theirs eyes and turn their back the problem will disappear and these people will accept us and go away...WHAT? Problems do not go away like that and if you turn your back, you better be sure you have eyes in the back of your head and be prepared for the attack.

I believe that anytime someone threatens to kill someone... we should believe them . Your assumption of Mutually Assured Destruction is no longer valid . It only works if BOTH parties respect life . Iran and Radical Islam do not .
