I don't think he was stoned. I do think that the creator had a well-developed sense of humor. At best, as a human, I think we may be to God what an Ant Farm is to a 5 year old.
Something to watch, something of an experiment. I don't think, given the chance to end it all and start over - that the creator would have allowed free will, or as much free will. I don't think the grand intention was to have us breeding uncontrollably and destroying everything he built that was completely self-sustaining and amazingly beautiful before we (as humans) came along.
If anything, I think he intended that we would care for his creations and behave responsibly. I think he/she would have been much happier if he/she had seen us doing our part to protect and conserve instead of taking this earth for all that it is worth and giving little to nothing back.
There is DEFINITELY a pressence of a strong sense of humor. Why else would human beings behave so ridiculously and without consequence if not for the musing of an incredible creator?

No one who is stoned or not stoned would have the ability to create something as intricate and wonderful as a human. The eyes that you use to read with, the mind that you use to think with and the fingers you use to type with were created by God.

If God had been stoned when he created us we wouln't have been so perfect, like two eyes, mouth, nose, ect. Had he been stoned every one whould be and airhead. Stupid and bubble headed. Nothing would get done. He would have made us the way he acted while he was stoned.

I doubt it. This is one rap humans take all alone. After all, W.C. Fields didn't do his finest work sober as a judge as they say. So that cancels any excuses along those lines in any case.
