Can anyone help me with my webcam?

I have a Philips SIC4700/37 and when i go to AMCAP it says : Sorry, you have no video capture hardware. How can i fix this?

Check device manager to see if the system recognizes the cam. Install the latest drivers from the web site.

Make sure you follow the installation instructions to the letter.

Order is very important sometimes. You may need to remove the device, and reinstall it.
