Man, that is one tough call.
Boondock Saints was incredible.
the Notebook, Ray, Braveheart.. even Dodgeball (LMAO).
The best I've ever seen, though?
The Shining. (The original, of course.)

Best Film: (you capitalize every first letter) I would say the best film I've ever seen is not just one film but a combination of the following.
Boondock Saints (most entertaining)
Lord of the Rings (best cinematic and effects)
Godfather/Scarface (most motivating)
*I'm a huge Police fan, where are they playing?*

Tough call. Either ' Lawrence of Arabia ' ( 1962 ) or ' Napoleon '
( 1927 ) - I doubt anybody's been that good as a filmmaker either before or since. And no digital or other effects.

the best movie i've ever seen is Crash because it makes so many people aware that racism still exists and its not just black and white but i could never ever watch it again i have zero tolerance for racism so once was enough for me!
