i woke up this morning with a rash all over my face and had to go to school with it and it was red and looked like i had sunburn and i was hoping that someone knew how to make it go away or lighten it up quicker

1. try to identify the source. If it was all over, it could be your lotion, soap or foundation. Toss anything you think could be causing it in the trash.
2. Wash your face thoroughly with a mild anti-bacterial soap like dial. Rince. Do not scrub extra hard, your skin's going through enough as it is.
3. Put a hydrocortisone cream on it. This stuff has medicine in it that reduces the redness and stops your body's natural reaction to allergens.
4. Relax, calm down, it'll go away (if it doesn't look better, talk to your parents or doctor)

Crazy as it sounds, I keep anti-rash cream like you would use to treat a baby's diaper rash. It works in emergencies. Try taking Benadryl and if it doesn't clear up, call your doctor.

rub ice on it when it itches. Use crisco. Crisco is a HIGHLY efective moisturizer that calms and sooths irratated skin very effectively.

Benedryl. Or go to the doctor it sounds serious
