Eukaryotic genes all have Introns, in bacteria and archaea bacteria it is uncommon. also bacteria lack histones linked with DNA, in Eukarya and Archaea bacteria histones are presnt. besides the undeniable fact that the most important large difference is that bacteria and Archaea bacteria's chromosomes are round.
