He seems to find a way around every possibility and question, to me this seems bogus, why in the heck would he need a computer from 1976 to fix computer programs in 2036, surely there are better things available in the future to solve the problem.

I am not sure what to believe. Sounds like a fictional movie/book though. But you never know, it could be possible. I mean before Einstein died, he proposed a way to travel in time but never got to finsh the equation or whatever.

I see nothing that would make me believe such. Too much like cap. Kirk ,I could never see how he justified what he did. A commander on our navy carrier would never go himself.

No I don't think it will ever happen. And people say you shouldn't mess with time travel as it screws up the universe.

Well, you just never know....every year we learn more about things that are impossible...And someone or something does it....
