How long after you got your licence did you get your first ticket? I've had mine for 5 years and I have never had a ticket yet...Which is weird because I've passed I don't know how many cops going much faster than the speed limit and have never got pulled over and I really feel like my luck is about to run out. I've heard people say that once you get your first one they keep on coming.

I've been driving for 37 years, and have never gotten a ticket.... I've been pulled over, but got a way with just a warning.....Nice Cop!!!!

my mother got her first ticket at age 62 !!! for driving only 46 in a 35 zone ! i think she should have gotten a warning,but i guess the cop figured once these old ladies get out of line once,all heck breaks loose !!!!!! never to late 2 b bad,ma !!!!!!!

I didn't get my first one until 32 years after I got my license. Driving a hot little red sports car did it for me. I promptly bought a radar detector, and haven't had another ticket.
