how do i clean my white gold ring? i have to use quite strong steroid cream on my ezcema on my hands, i take my ring off when i put it on put its started to get a yellowish tinge to it and thats the only thing i can think of why its started to change colour

white is is naturally not as "white" as platinum. It is actually a yellowish white. White gold jewelry is dipped in rhodium to give it a bright white look. Every year or two you will have to take it to a jeweler to get in buffed and dipped in rhodium (about $30 to $50). It's very easy to maintain.
