we experience free will, but honestly, we are limited to only what we know, we aren't free to make any decision at any time. We are restricted to what we know when we know it. That is certainly not free.

Well if this world came by chance with no purpose or will behind it there is no free will. It is all a chemical illusion produced by biological function of the brain.
It cannot be will because everything is an accident so everything some one does is a accident or a mistake based on the weather.
However, if a free will made the universe then it would depend on the will of the creator or will. If the creator granted free will then free will does and can exist. This is only way free will can exist on the benevolence of the creator or will.

It's all a question of point of view. I choose to believe I am free, and therefore I am.
There are two things to consider: Causation and free volition.
You could argue that everything has a cause and that going back to the causes of your actions, there is no real freedom. I had a thought and acted on it. Was I free to have that thought? In my experience, thoughts come randomly, so I am not free.
On the other hand, as soon as I cease to think of this thought as alien to me, the problem disappears. I say: It is I who had a thought. This is my thought and therefore, I act upon my own free volition when I follow this thought. But, you may ask, did anything cause you to have that thought? Something you saw? Your education? The way your parents raised you?, etc..., etc... With causations that seem to deny freedom. But again, I am the entirety of my person. So I assume my education, my biological determinisms, all of these things as not being alien to me, but as being an integral part of me. And that extended self is free within the limits of what the real world can afford me to do, or not do. (I can not cross walls, but I am free to choose a door if I wish to leave he room).
That is why I say I choose freedom.

God doesn’t force us in any way. It is entirely up to us what we want to do with our life. We can opt to stay where we are presently situated or we can strive for better. However, realizing the value of a higher education, we have decided to continue on with our development here on earth.
Before coming to earth, we choose the situations and circumstances that will become part of our life experiences to aid us in our development. They correspond to the experiments we undertake in any ordinary earth classroom to prove our theories. These pleasant and even those that are unwanted circumstances and events that we all undergo are actually our opportunities for advancement. They teach the very lessons we need to learn and they provide the opportunities whereby we may develop to our full capabilities. It is here in the planning of our life before we are even born that we exercise much of our free will. To a spirit, this is just as easily done in the same way that man on earth plans for next day, what he will do tomorrow.
This plan is in effect in every life. While to us here and now, there would seem to be nothing we can do about our fate (the plan), nevertheless all that happens to us in our life (our destiny) are really of our own choosing. There is always a good reason, a spiritual benefit, why we have elected to undergo the experiences.

Stop "have it", be it... free will as it had been understood does not exist...Free choice is a trap in which we may never find the Truth..multiplicity of choices does not represents Oneness...at all means. Will is a Power. Power of manifesting. You cannot 'carry" Power, for you will kill yourself one way or another, you may only be that Power itself... Power takes care for itself. Carrying a power makes Two, you Carrier, and Power...As you take care of Power as Power will take care of you. Misuse it? it will misuse you...Usually it is suicidal to carry a Power..

everyone should be able to decide what they want to do. we shouldn't meddle with other people's lives. but in the end, the only thing that we can truely decide is whether we are good or evil. but, even that is influenced by other.
