And when I do find the correct office what should I do about my problem? And how can I get W-4's from a buisness that is no longer in service?

Contact the IRS and inform them that you did not receive a W-2 and that your employer is no longer in business. They should give you path to follow regarding how to file without it.

If by Feb 15th you have not received it, call the Internal Revenue Service at 1-800-829-1040 and file a W2 complaint. They wil take a report and send you a form that you can use as a subsitute, you will need your last paycheck stub when you call, along with the name, address and phone# of the employer and what dates you worked for them

If your employer is no longer in business, contact the IRS. The generally know how to hunt down employers. If they can't, they'll give you instructions on how to go about filing without a W-2.

Boy, what a hassle for you! :(

I think you mean W-2s.

You may just have to use your last check. Call the IRS but they might not be able to help.
