Is MicroATX compatible with older cases?

I have an older computer (00-01 ish) and I'm looking at upgrading the motherboard. I don't have documentation for the case or original motherboard and its not a major brand (it's a Nobilis). Will a Micro or MiniATX motherboard work in it?

it should work as long as the case is an atx.look at the power supply plugs and see if they will plug into the board you want to install.

Micro works, but Mini not sure.
