this past spring training (2006), i got an autographed baseball with st. louis cardinals minor leaguers (i think they were mainly from the class a affiliate, palm beach cardinals).

Try going to the Card's minor league team site. It will have the roster from last year for each level of ball A, AA, AAA . With the rosters to refer back to, you should have decent luck figuring out most of them.

Sorry, yet minor league recreation enthusiasts are often unreknowned, till they are former major leaguers who've been despatched right down to the minors. Even then, no one will understand any minor leaguer lower than AAA.
