Is it Larry or Howard??? I have a feeling that she was killed, it cannot be a coincidence she died 5 months after her son... I mean come on a lot of people use drugs.

I think in this case.. and given that 3 prospective inheritors all died within 9 months.. that whoever stands to obtain the fortune is likely the guilty party.. which in this case appears to be the two men claiming to have fathered her daughter.. I hope it is found that the father is some slick latino she had it off with in a broom closet and then they're all stuffed!!
Bring on the DNA report I say.. bring it on and the autopsy.. but I think the way the media machine works that we'll only be fed the usual pack of lies.. plus in death she is worth a lot more to a lot more people than alive.. since the media virtually owned Anna's career and made it what it is..
WHEN are americans going ot put an end to these injustices.. GRAVE injustices.. the whole world once looked to USA as a model of freedom and truth.. I know I did as a kid.. I grew up loving and idolising anything American..
NOW.. I think anything that comes out of America is most likely rubbish especially anything said in the media.. since the media is clearly OWNED and not by the public.
If Anna is found to have died of an accidental overdose.. then her partner should be investigated for murder.. because he was the one who procured the nurse and all the drugs she had been taking..
AND her son was not a drug user at all.. how did he die of a drug overdose?? in a hospital no less.. and the drugs he took.. came from the same source as the drugs Anna took!
VERY suspect in any ones language.

I believe Anna either took her own life,or took to much to forget about all of her problems on an accident. Her last interview she seems very depressed which you cannot blame her for. The woman had been through hell death of her son,guy wants a baby that may or may not be his, ETC ETC. I do believe Howard influenced alot of things in Anna's life but hating her family was long before he came along. It will come out sooner or later if Howard played any role in her death. I do believe Howard loved her sincerly though.

It looks like Howard, but I think there's a lot we don't know yet. If he were after the money Anna stood to get from the deceased husband, it seems like he would have waited until after she had actually gotten it. Right now, all we can do is sit back and watch the show, so to speak.

Howard K Stern.
When you love someone and as long as he has been her lawyer, you just don't stand around and let them die. He let her son die. He did it. He killed both of them. And someone who had that babys best intentions at heart needs to take that baby from him.

The Mob...which one i don't know. But lets face it for over 200 million up for stakes,the mob will snap to it. Tons of conspiracy theories will come of this...Anna was led down a path of drugs and whatever by Stern...now he owes his life to the mob...???

Anna Nicole Smith was not killed. They said she had reportedly fainted and died.

She died from an infection due to surgery to fix one of her implants. Her flu like symptoms and high fever were symptoms from the infection.
