When they get to the point that I'm not capable of caring for them I'll probably consider it, but I read the RD article about how horrible even the best facilities are and I would check out any possible home very very carefully.

No I would not if I had the money to build on 2 my house and could afford to take care of them and give them the help that they need. But some peole do not that that choice I guess.

I'm not going to do anything. They're there own people and have their own mind, they'll let us know what they want and they'll get it. I doubt I'll be around much by then anyway, love my mum and dad loads, but I'm living my life for me the second I leave school, there are people that need my help more than my mum and dad

It's not bad as long as you come by everyday to visit. Would you rather she be sitting home alone in danger of getting hurt while you go to work?
