Well...most spring breakers that I have known are a disgrace to the United States. Because of a few people who are out of control, many people who live in the countries where they go for spring break think that all Americans are skanky, drunken idiots with no morals...People in Mexico often have been surprised that I am not that way because they have seen spring breakers and think that all of us act that way. In fact, none of my friends act like those spring break fools do.

I live a few miles from one of the most popular spring break destinations on the Pacific coast of Baja California. The frat boys and cheer leaders drive us crazy for weeks. Full sleeve tatooed gang members from LA and San Diego are way scary. The sound level in Rosarito from the clubs is ear shattering. So many young Americans think its OK to be rude, loud and drunk because Mom and Dad can't observe their behavior. Its no wonder other countries have such a low opinion of Americans.

I think I'll be happy when they return back to the US! Way too crowded around here right now, esp. with Carnival going on.

They are ok as long as they stay in Cancun. I live in Mexico and they are not very welcome in my city. Money does not buy everything.
