A cyclone is an area of low atmospheric pressure characterised by inward spiraling winds that rotate counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere and clockwise in the southern hemisphere of the Earth.

A hurricane and a typhoon are the same, and are tropical cyclones.

Hope that helps!

There locations, and of course there names which you have named in the a bove question. that's the difference, a hurricanes name is also a local name given to it by the natives of the Americas at that time, the same also holds true for the others.
Also the occurrences of these phenomenons are more frequent in the Northern and western edges of the Pacific Oceans, due to the size of the pacific,Cyclones can be devastating but are less in numbers in any given year,as they are occurrences of the South Pacific and the Indian Ocean.
They are all warm core system, the only other difference would be that Typhoons are alot stronger and also bigger, and more frequent due to its large water body source the Pacific.

Hurricane and Typhoon are the same.

A Cyclone is a tornado (or water spout if over water). This is a much more localized phenomenom which occur in thunderstorms or even the above mentioned Hurricanes/Typhoons.
