I think Kevin Durant is going to have a larger individual impact in the league once he enters, so I wouldn't be mad if they got him. But, I feel that if you were to put Oden and Jefferson down low on the block, that could potentially be one of the most dominant post combinations in the league. I think Kevin Durant would be an excellent addition and fit for any team in the NBA, but I think that Oden makes more sense for the Celtics.

Greg Oden. Oden would dominate the way a Hakeem Ojawaon or Patrick Ewing did. Noah maight be too small in terms of bulk to be a great great guy. Durant is a robust shooter, yet his style is a dime a dozen interior the NBA

Well, In a way the Celtics are pretty solid at the SF position, but Durant would be hard to pass up. If anything, they should trade around and get the #2 draft pick and pick up Oden and Durant. They would be great.

I like Durant here, I think he fits the Celtic team better. I think Oden would stunt Jefferson's growth and I don't like the idea of that. Jefferson, Durant, Sczerbiak, Pierce, West/Rondo would be a great lineup next year if they could all stay healthy! Still gives you Perkins, Gomes, Green, and Telfair off of the bench. But we all know that if the Celts get that pick, then Ainge will probably trade it away for a couple of off the wall veterans that don't mesh well or fit into the teams plans. So either way this question may be a bit irrelevant.

Oden because they have Paul Pierce at SF but they need a center because Raef LaFrentz is not a very physical player and with Al Jefferson they wil have the best 1-2 punch in the league. But Kevin Durant will fit well in Miami, Toronto , Minnesota,L.A Lakers, orlando or Milwaukee.

They should definitely take Greg Oden. They don't need Durant, since they have Pierce, Green, Big Al, and Gomes. Oden will give them what they need, and will give them a great lineup.
C- Oden
PF- Jefferson
SF- Pierce
SG- Allen/Szczerbiak
PG- West/Rondo

Greg Oden. One reference: BILL RUSSELL. Oden is a lot like Russell and what better place for another Bill Russell than Boston?!
