When all I have read about her is she introduced her son to coccaine which resulted in him having a fatal heart attack at the age of 20. And this women has since had another baby girl which was left alone or with some child minder while Smith went off to some sleazy hotel room to do drugs, and consequently died, this woman was constantly stoned out of her brains and yet people seem to be saying it's an accident!!! Also this Smith woman had a tabloid career and was worth 250 million in her own right yet still wanted more money from a fake marriage to an old git who proably didn't know what day it was. Personally I feel God has gotten rid of bad rubbish to save this little kid of another fate worse than its brother's.

Coccaine does not have to be found in your system, long term abuse of this drug can result in heart failure, even for an ex-user, but anyone must live in Lar-Lar Land if they think coccaine didn't play a role in these deaths.

She wasn't doing any heoric/helping the community, queen moves!! She was living a dangerous and pathetic life!! And just because she died PEOPLE CAN NOT FORGET THATS WHAT SHE WAS ABOUT!! DRUGS ARE BAD AND DESTRUCTIVE AND WE MUST NOT FORGET THAT!!

To be fair, it has not been conclusively proven in either Daniel's case (her son) nor in Anna Nicole Smith's case that they intentionally overdosed on drugs (or that drugs were even the cause of the situation).
Daniel may have accidentally overdosed; or even more likely had a drug interaction he didn't know would happen. He was on one drug (methadone I believe) to help with him getting over cocaine (and there is no proof his mother was the one who did it to him); and he may not have known his antidepressants (which were prescribed to him by a doctor) would interact poorly and may even kill him. There is also the possibility he was murdered by one of the other players in this situation.
Anna Nicole may also have been murdered (I'll get into a possible motive later). Or she may have overdosed accidentally/bad drug interaction as well. But I think the most likely possibility is that she killed herself. She lost her son, and she was with him in the room at the time it happened. How would any of us feel if we knew we could have saved our son and were right there to do it, and we simply didn't act quickly enough? That we didn't pick up on it in time to help him. I doubt Anna Nicole would be the only one who might go suicidal over the situation.
But as far as the possibility of murder. If this one happened, it would have been Howard K. Stern. Kill the first inheritor of Smith's fortune (Daniel). Then marry Smith so that you become an inheritor (and add on that he is the father). Afterwards, kill Smith and the money belongs to him and the little girl. But as the little girl (Dannielynn) has no one to turn to and no experience, she should be easily controllable throughout most of her life and the money stays with Stern. This is a possibility, but no conclusive proof here either.
What I am saying is that while she may not have been the best around, she doesn't deserve nothing at all. We should wait for as much information as possible before we throw her reputation to the dogs. She may actually be innocent of all you claim.

The poor woman is dead, let her live in peace.
She was a beautiful women who just went down the wrong path, many people who aren't famous do the same thing day in day out, but we don't hear of people putting their last few mins on the internet or thieving from their house.
But you are entitled to your opinion just like everyone else, but at the end of the day it is a tragedy.
It has came out in the news today that it looks like it was down to prescription drugs, but hey they never found them in her stomach but she also had a bruise on her back that could be connected. It not all straight cut as people think and who knows exactly what happened, I'm sure Howard Stern does though.
All I hope is that her little girl gets taken care of by her real father and grows up knowing how much her mother loved her, that's all that matters.

Anna Nicole Smith lived fast and died young. There is no question that she made some bad choices but it goes deeper than that. I think we should set that aside and realize that Anna Nicole was a mother who had to deal with the death of her son and now there is a child that will never know its mother. Her lifestyle is the cause for most of this yes, but the situation is sad nonetheless.

Everyone has an opinion on Anna Nicole Smith and until all the actual facts are out, I reserve my judgement.
Basing ones facts on tabloid fodder is a joke.
And her death was not the will of God as you imply. How cruel is that to say?

I don't think people are defending her as much as realizing what a terribly sad life she led....as far as doing drugs go, NO illegal drugs were found in the hotel in which she was staying and it was not a sleezy one contrary to what you said....the person who you should be attacking is that loser Howard K. Stern, who has twice now been in the near vicinity of people who suddenly died....first Daniel and then Anna herself....she was a woman who didn't know who she could trust, and obviously didn't have any REAL friends or she wouldn't have been abusing the meds she was....and by the way, God doesn't get rid of people like rubbish.....no matter how Anna acted, she loved her children and would never have hurt them intentionally....hopefully Dannilynn will end up with her biological Father, who I happen to think is Larry Birkhead's....

Because she is now deceased and regardless of how you felt about a person in life it is proper to respect them in death. Also the fact that she left behind a baby girl is a sad situation. I think the media for the most part have been cautious of what they are saying because of that fact. For that little girl to grow up and hear bad things about her mother in death would not benefit anyone.

I think people are defending her because she's just died. Once the initial shock wears off, they will see the real deal.
Anna Nicole wanted so badly to be like Marilyn Monroe. Well, she got her wish. She looked, lived, and died like her.
Her story is sad, when you think about it. She was so desperate for someone to love her that she went along with whatever allycat happened to pass by. That's why so many men can claim to be the father -because she carried on with more than one man at the same time!
I think that if her baby ends up in the hands of that Howard Stern guy, then she'll soon go the way of her mother and brother. Sad, isn't it?

Anne Nicole had a child Innocent about herself. That all humans lose as they grow up. She was refreshing and perky. She made us all laugh at the stuff she did and said. The media was always there to drag her name in the mud for ever mistake she made in public. I sorry that she never got a chance to live the fairy tale life that she deserve. All of Hollywood is on something, but you only find out when they admit their self's for treatment.

Anna was a trashbag.. but no more a trashbag than around 50% of females these days.. who also have wanton sex.. (and you only need to check certain internet sites as proof), also do drugs and abuse alcohol.. and ironically who ALL also want to be rich, famous and to marry a wealthy man..
This is the dream of most women.. and Anna just got the dream..
Anna was a human being like you and me.. we all make mistakes.. and Anna was no worse than many other Hollywood celebrities.. her image was what it was.. and she was sold as a bombshell and she was known to play upto the camera as a dumb blonde.. in one interview she even tells her mother that all the bad press she gets makes her a lot of money each time..
I think you can blame the men in her life as much as her.. her advisers, her lawyer.. who was known to give her drugs and share drugs with her.. as did most of her so called posse..
Anna doesnt deserve any press at all in my view because I'm not into womna being promoted as dumb bombshells.. it belittles all women..
However.. Anna was just another celebrity doing celebrity things.. for that she did not deserve ot die and does not deserve to be slandered in death..

1st of all, there was not cocaine in his system...he had methadone and 2 prescription anti depressants. The methadone was in the lawyer's name..which he was later seen throwing down the toilet. She led an eventful somewhate chaotic lifestyle that most people would not approve of. She never harmed anyone, and we don't know if she intended harm for herself. People are saying that she wanted to leave this life to be with her one true love, her son. And for you to sit and disrespect someone who is deceased and can not defend themself, shows that you have little morals and very little value or character. You do not care for anyone but yourself.
You talk about people 'defending' anna nicole. Well, it's sure as heck better than saying things about her that are hurtful and not 100% accurate.
Get some class.
