P&S means Polls & Surveys. It is a category underneath 'Entertaintment & Music'.
YALF was the 'Yahoo Answers Liberation Front'. Here's an answer I found to a similar question:
It's basically this one guy who attempted to get people on his side to report people because he didn't like them. He told me that he has LOTS of people working on his side and I was going to be deleted next, all because I told him that he was insulting people (calling the fuktards, etc) and trying to harrass these users because he didn't like what they had to say. But, suffice it to say, I'm still here.
