"MINAMAHAL KITA!!"

"Umiibig ako sa'yo" is the exact translation of "I'm in love with you" in Tagalog....but it is not used anymore in Philippines. It sounds cheesy if you say "iniibig kita" nowadays. The best way to say you're in love with a Filipino is still "mahal kita."

u can say "in-lab ako sa iyo" same as im inlove with you. but actions speaks louder than words doing thoughtful things such as cooking food, cards and flowers and chocolates, watching romantic movies, writing poem and loveletters, calling here and there asking them how their day is going, candle light dinner, rose petals everywhere that'll let them you truly care no matter what language you speak. goodluck.
or there's" iniibig kita", meaning i am loving you, if you wanna go old fashion way you can say "iniirog kita". old tagalog of iniibig kita.

In german language you have to say:
"Bitte gehe ins Schlafzimmer, dort können wir Kirschbäume schütteln".

Every german woman would kiss you to the bottom.
