It is all repeats of the same old rubbish that was on before. Get out and see real life instead. Half the programmes come up as unavailable anyway due to either rain wind or storm!

We do this! It really bugs me cos you spend that long flicking through the channels then by the time you find something its half way through!

I would rather just have council tv, would save me seeing repeats of top gear 10 times a day!

I read a lot of books now.

Virgin TV (previously NTL) is the answer. on demand shows as the touch of a button, entire series of great shows at the touch of a button and a library of movies to watch when you want.

i tend to watch Uk tv gold, and with paramount there is always something to watch anyway!

I totally agree! I've even got Sky+ and have recorded programmes which I then question myself why I recorded them?

So I fire up my laptop and surf the web instead!

try lowering your standards and watch some soaps and reality programmes. There's an awful lot of crap out there if you are prepared to dumb down your standards.
