In terms of hard practicality, most likely nothing except the possibility of melting it down for bullets.

One must always remember, however, that symbolic acts are just as important as practical ones. In pulling down the statue of George III, the colonists were sending a message of serious discontent--and that the king was lucky that they couldn't get their hands on HIM.
