I'm looking for java, xml, css, actionscript, sql, etc all in one location. Can someone show me the way?

Probably the most complete resource is W3Schools:

It has tutorials on all of the things you mention, plus a lot more.
But why restrict yourself to only one website? You'll get better and more in depth tutorials at sites which focus on the the one technology, and it's not like it's going to cost you money to visit different sites.
