Let me restate this.. Do u wear ur bra when u go to sleep.

Nope, it's bad for the bra and will make it wear out too fast. Take it off before bed and the back band won't get all stretched out of shape and make you sag.

My bra usually has under wiring so I definitely can't sleep in that! I have fallen asleep with my plain bra on before. Personally, I will take my bra off as soon as I walk in the door b/c they feel so restricting. But my boobs aren't huge either, I guess I could understand sleeping in a bra if you have really big ones

No, I do not wear my bra to sleep. I think that when you wear a bra or a pair of underwear, you are slowing down the blood flow while you are a sleep trying to refresh at night.

I think personally if u have guests over (dorm mate or just friend of any kind) u should wear bra on even if u have on a t shirt that fully covers u. THEN, i usually wear mine like at least once a week, no reason just a habit!!!

Wearing a bra to bed keeps boobs from sagging when your older. But I never wear one to bed, unless im at a friends house.

I used to but not anymore its so comfortable to go to sleep without that underwire poking at you...also i sometimes wear some super comfy no underwire bras i bought at victorias secret, but i only wear these to bed

You should.
You should always wear a good fitting bra and boxers of loose fitting pants.
The bra so you won't sag real bad at 30. Boxers so your vagina can breath.

No way, never. I don't even like to wear one on a daily basis! Some people probably do wear one for comfort, but you don't need it for support when laying down. I can't wait to take it off once I get home for the day! :)

Only when it's very comfortable and has padding that will make it feel softer. But other wise usually not unless I have a guy over then I have to have something cute...

no but my best friend won't take her bra off unless she's basically showering. i have DDs and not wearing a bra doesn't bother me at all. i don't know.
