All the tips you see in this list are good. I won't repeat them, rather, I will add a few thoughts from my coaching experience. The best shooters shoot one-handed. Have someone watch to be sure that you are getting your off-hand off the ball before your release.
Another way to look at the "elbow-in" idea is to look at your shooting forearm. Keep it lined up straight to the hoop.
The best bit of sight-unseen advice I can offer is about your follow through. LIFT and FREEZE. Lift means to get your elbow above your eyebrow after you release. Freeze means to hold your follow through until the ball hits the basket. Many shots are missed when the hands drop too fast, especially when you are tired.

It does not even subject what ur opponent will do within the recreation, it subject what u going to do. four. Keep up the speed, dont be scared, block is a block, ranking is a ranking. Just take into account whilst u allow the ball move. u could no longer get 2d danger to get it again. if ur fortunate adequate u will. five. So take into the basket rough. Let them foul u. 6 Last one, uncover a solution to step up in ur recreation, not anything so best on this planet, however check out rough. Hope that is helping. elbow in, be square to the target, flex your knees, use your legs, see the target [front or back of the rim], follow through, feel the ball come off your fingertips....know your spots on the floor and practice from there..know your range limit..check out the eddie johnson shooting videos...if you want to get into the real theory of shooting, see if you an find Bill Sharmans book on basketball shooting published in the 60's...try the bill bradley drill for catch and shoot, you do this drill alone.shoot the ball after it goes through the net,or off the rim, grab the ball flip it to a spot, run grab the ball and shoot without a dribble..

keep your elbow in. If your right handed, put your right foot a little bit ahead of your left foot, and when you shoot jump foward.
