what should i use to create a booklet? excel, word, etc?

nothing high standard just a basic booklet that i have to do for psychology. what software should i use?

Microsoft Publisher is designed for that sort of thing... however, you can probably get by using Word.

MS Word works well. There are various templates available to format the document as you need it. Also, if you're taking it to a print shop, they most likely will be able to import a Word doc.
