Your Verizon Broadband card has nothing to do with anything but connecting to the Verizon wireless system.
Where exactly is this "wireless" printer? I highly doubt you have a "wireless printer". You probably have a printer that is
a) shared on a PC or Laptop that is part of a network, and the network happens to have wireless connectivity.
or
b) the printer is attached to a printer server on the network, which happens to have wireless access.
In either case, your printer is not "wireless".
So, that means we are now talking about accessing a printer that is part of a wireless network. (Big difference here).
This means that you will need 802.x wireless card to get on the network (not your Verizon card - that's basically a cell phone on a card). If you have a card, then you can connect to the wireless network where that printer is and print that way.
There is one other option that I did not think of. One the outside chance that you are talking about printing to a network printer that you access from the Internet (like a corporate VLAN or publicly addressable IP printer), then you will need to know the IP address of the printer in question. If this is the case, then indeed your Verizon card would be the method by which you connect to the Internet, and ultimately to that printer.

You load the printer driver on your laptop. When you print wireless is the same as wired. You load it the same way. There are slight differences but once your that far you can figure it out.
