This can't be true. This must be Liberal smear. Did he have an affair and throw out his wife and move his young mistress in while his kids still lived there? Where are the conservative morals in this?

Yes he did, it made quite a story at the time, since he was living at the Mayors mansion at the time, and the mansion was divided like something out of the War of the Roses. Rudy is on his third wife, and why should conservatives be shocked by this when their elder statesman, Newt is also on his third wife, who he met when he was married to #2. Apparently to a Conservative only Democrats need morals.
Sorry Thunder... they weren't separated, she was still living at Gracie Mansion and had to go to an apartment she owned leaving Rudy and his chickie in Gracie Mansion while she kept the kids with her. Her name was Donna Hanover and she is a TV personality. Its no smear, its just the unpalatable truth.

He didn't throw her out , he moved his mistress in the room next to his wife and children at the Mayor Mansion not liberal smear that is true. You ask any one who lived in New York or any paper Times or whatever. Direc TV covered the whole scandal and I watched the entire process when it was happening. His wife just last week the mother of his children that this was done to on TV stated, "I'm just waiting for him to announce his run for President". Just either ask someone in New York are wait until the announcement is made and you will see the Democrats mow him down and also his wife that this happened to. It is not made up story he happened, just wait,I think that is the reason he is holding off, this all happened about the same time as 9/11.

Even only 20 years ago, nobody, I mean nobody with Rudy's personal character could have imagined to run for the US Presidency. But look at his audacity today - he dares to run for the Republican nomination with such a personal character! People who like him must read some of the old newspaper articles when he was going through his divorce and what bizarre things he did.

Rudy is considered America's Mayor ! Why ? He did nothing special for NYC during the crisis. Before 9/11, he did good work to clean up the city of filth (literally). But later, he brought in different kinds of filth.

America's moral values has declined quite significantly - thanks to George W. Bush, the NeoCons and AIPAC. They have prepared grounds for abusers like Rudy can dream to be US President!

they're taking a backseat to survival, speaking personally. yeah that's shitty but i really don't care. i'm worried about two things: war, and the borders. if i think he can deliver, i'm voting for him. he's better than the alternative. plus, he says things i can get behind. i love how he thinks the government oversteps its boundaries, cause it does.

what would be worse, voting for an adulterer or an admitted druggie? at least the adulterer won't be high on the job. and yeah, that applies to billy clinton as well. i'd vote for bill before i'd vote for any of the candidates on the (D) side so far. *and believe me, it hurts to admit that.

Not quite. His wife (second wife, by the way) threw him out, and he then lived with a homosexual couple who were friends of his. Where he met his current wife, I don't know. He is known to like the ladies, though.

What is really insipid about your question, though, is the implicit presumption that A) any of this should matter, and B) anything that offends you must be the result of liberal tongue-wagging.

By the way, "liberal" is an adjective, no capitalization required.

Rudy isn't a conservative and conservative morals work only for conservatives. Rudy is a moderate, and I don't care what he does in his personal life. Just like I don't care what clinton did in his personal life. The difference is that Rudy has never lied about it.

They had been seperated for a while. That's more than the Libs can say about Bill Clinton. Not only that, but Bill Clinton is a (more or less) admitted sex offender.

That is what is known by conservatives as "traditional family values." Other good examples of conservative values include:

Newt Gingrich divorcing his wife because she had cancer.

Ted Haggard cheating on his wife with a male prostitute.

Babs and GHW Bush playing golf instead of going to the funeral of their 5-year old daughter Robin Bush.

WHo cares? The Clinton Dems can't say ANYTHING because of Bill's past history with Monica and Jennifer and all of the unknown others.
